2516062 - SMP uses wrong proxy URL (HTTPS instead of HTTP) when accessing an HTTPS URL (HTTP/HTTPS Authentication) - OData Runtime

When using HTTP/HTTPS Authentication provider, an HTTPS URL that requires proxy to connect to it cannot be accessed when the same proxy server (with HTTP protocol) is used for HTTP and HTTPS URLs.

When testing HTTPS URL at the HTTP/HTTPS Authentication Provider creation it shows:

"Error connecting to URL : "<HTTPS-Host> : Connect to Host:443 [Host:IPAddress1] failed: connect timed out (local port <Port> to address IPAddress2 (Host))
