2516116 - ADBC error 'Internal error 16 has occurred' when connecting to a SAP HANA Database with secondary Database connection

• Cannot establish a HANA Database connection.
• You recieve the following error within DBA Cockpit:

          "ERROR Database connection <SID> : ADBC error 'Internal error 16 has occured"

• Within Work Process Traces (ST11) you see the following error messages:
