2516230 - BPM OData Performance Issue

Symptom

You are using BPM Inbox or a custom Inbox calling BPM OData Services.

You can see some delay to load the inbox causing poor performance.

In the OData configuration you are using many parameters in one call, for example:

http://<server>:<port>/bpmodata/tasks.svc/TaskCollection?$expand=CustomAttributeData%2CUIExecutionLink%2CComments&$format=json&$inlinecount=allpages&$top=1000000&$skip=0&$orderby=CreatedOn%20desc&$filter=((Status%20eq%20%27READY%27%20or%20Status%20eq%20%27RESERVED%27))

The following attributes are in use in the above link:

  • Comments
  • CustomAttributeData
  • Filters
