2516309 - In Playback, Scroll Bars Appear in Some Browsers, But Do Not Appear in Internet Explorer

Symptom

When developing Book Pages, text boxes are used. In sizing the text boxes, you do not want to see scroll bars. Previewing in Internet Explorer, no scroll bars are seen, but on playback in some browsers scroll bars appear in some text boxes unexpectedly.

When playing back book pages created in SAP Enable Now or Workforce Performance Builder
