2516315 - Difference between order header confirmation number and operation confirmation number

When using CO15 to confirm production orders:

• the orders are confirmed,
• the status at header and operation are changed,
• the activities and costs are debited to the order,

but there is no confirmation assigned to the operations.

The system gives the message 'No confirmation has been carried out' when double clicking on the operation's confirmation number, in Operation - Details screen.
