2516326 - Error While Editing Skills for an Employee : Maintain Internal Employees Only via Master Data Replication Work Center

You are trying to add Skills for an Employee but you are getting the below error message:

"Maintain Internal Employees Only via Master Data Replication Work Center"

1. Go to People work center
2. Select Employees view
3. Select any Employee
4. Navigate to Skills tab
5. Select Edit and Add

You have not enabled the additional scoping question to access this feature.

To enable maintenance of Employee Data directly in your C4C system having Employee Replication selected then you have to mark the below scoping question:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Implementation Projects
3. Select Edit Project Scope
4. Navigate to Step 4 - Questions
5. Select General Business Data
6. Select Employees and Service Agents
7. Select Employees
8. Select Do you want to create and edit employee records in your cloud solution?
