2516353 - Missing Brazil Condition Types and / or Internal Codes after a system upgrade

After a Support Package upgrade (for SAP ERP releases) or Feature Package Stack upgrade (for SAP S/4HANA OnPremise releases), some Brazilian localization objects (like Condition Types and / or Internal Codes) seem to be missing or have a wrong customizing.

The missing objects or wrong customizing can cause various inconsistent behaviors, like: syntax errors, issues during the condition migration process or wrong pricing calculation.
