2516375 - No Data populates for 'Division' field when changing Job Info

• When changing Job Information for an employee, 'No Data' populates in the 'Division' field.
• No Options to select in "division" field when changing Job Information for Employee

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud
• Employee Central b1708

1. Navigate to User > Select take Action > Select 'Change Job and Compensation Info'

2. Check mark 'Job Information' > Select a date for when this change will be active

3. Scroll down and attempt to select a 'Division'

4. Result: No data

   

This is expected behavior. 

• The 'Office' field has to be populated with a value first
• After this has been completed, you will then receive options in the 'Division' field to choose from
