- I can not see the documents in the Document center
- Updated documents missing in Document center
- We moved the record back and updated information. Now onboarding activity is completed, but i do not see the updated information in Document center.
Environment
Onboarding all Data center and Environment
Cause
Updated Document not re-flagged for re-exporting
Resolution
- Documents will be exported to document center , only when the onboarding activity is completed.
- For re-exporting , Create a support ticket and provide this KBA in the ticket. Support Engineer will take care of re-flagging the documents.
