2516459 - How to recreate a user temporary database for missing its device files - SAP ASE for BS

There are no data of table space usage from DBA Cockpit.

• All Basis standard jobs are correctly scheduled, data collector configuration are also configured.
• Actually data are displayed in our DEV and QAS systems but not in our PRD system.
• We also checked if there were sapnotes implemented on our DEV and QAS corresponding to DBACOCKPIT but, all 3 systems are in synch with regards to sapnotes implementation.
• There're some exception messages for Tables object of Data Collectors and Admin Procedures
