2516572 - 'An error has occurred.' error appears while changing the source of a Web Intelligence document

• 'An error has occurred.' occurs while trying to perform Change Source to the same universe in a Web Intelligence report.
• The error is reproducible in BI launch pad and in Web Intelligence Rich Client as well.
