2516639 - Unable to Assign a Project Task to an Employee

Unable to assign a Project Task to an employee in Labor Information tab.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Time Administration work center.
2. Go to Time Sheet view.
3. Select the respective employee and click Open Time Sheet button.
4. Select the required Date and go to Labor Management tab under Time Sheet.
5. Try to assign a project task to the employee.
6. System Throws an Exception

The employee is not involved in the project you are to trying to assign them to.

1. Go to Project Management work center.
2. Go to Projects view.
3. Select the respective project and click Edit button.
4. Go to Team and Staffing tab.
5. A list of team members who are assigned to this project will be displayed.
6. To add any team member to this Project click Add Row button and fill all the required fields and then click Save.
7. Once the Team member is added to this project, you can assign the project and task accordingly.
