2516687 - Restrictions with Time Sheet Mobile

This KBA introduces the restrictions with Time Sheet Mobile.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

• The data types currently supported in custom fields on Time Sheet mobile are:
  • String
  • Number
  • Date
  • Boolean
  • Decimal
  • Picklist
  • Time
  • Generic Object
  • Foundation Object
• Custom fields are supported for 'Allowance' as in Custom Fields for Allowances in Mobile Time Sheet. Please make sure your SAP SuccessFactors Mobile App is at least 12.1.0.
• Picklist doesn't have a search bar: This behavior is by design. The mobile picklist doesn’t have a search capability.
• Attendance Request workflow will not retrieve custom field of Employee Time Sheet Entry. 
• Time Sheet Summary is availalbe as of SAP SuccessFactors Mobile App 13.1.0, which includes the Summary menu, the Time Sheet Accounts menu, and the Valuation Period Results menu. Valuation Period Results requires Time Tracking.

• Copy and paste of time recordings and allowance recordings are supported on Mobile as of Jul Mobile release in 2025. For more details, please refer to Copy and Paste in Mobile Time Sheet. Please make sure your mobile app version is upgraded to the version after Jul 2025 mobile release.
• Flexible Approval Period Time Sheets are supported on Mobile as of Jul Mobile release in 2025. For more details, please refer to Flexible Time Sheet Approval Periods in Mobile Time Sheet. Please make sure your mobile app version is upgraded to the version after Jul 2025 mobile release.
• Field Criteria is now supported by Mobile Time Sheet with Sep 2025 Mobile release. 
  Plesae make sure to install the latest version of mobile app after the Sep 2025 Mobile release to get this feature supported on mobile.
• Conditional Field is supported by Mobile Time Sheet. 
  But please pay attention that it allows no more than 5 conditional fields defined. Once this maximum limit is breached, the conditional field will stop working for both web and mobile apps.
• Time Recording in Days is planned to be supported as of 2H 2025 release.
  Please make sure to install the latest version of mobile app after 2H 2025 production release to get this feature supported on mobile.
• Time Sheet Approval Center is not supported on Mobile.
• It’s not possible to disable the “Clock My Time” quick action card only on the web or mobile.
