2516756 - Error message “No candidate could be found for US <USER_ID>” in SLG1 when accessing a page for the Recruiter scenario

Whenever you attempt to access a webpage for the Recruiter Scenario, for example, WebDynpro Application ERC_A_REQ_MGMT for the Requisition Management or ERC_A_CAND_SELECT for the Candidate Selection, you get the following error message "You are not authorized to execute this application":

If you go to the Application Logs (transaction SLG1), you see the error message "No candidate could be found for US <USER_ID>":
