2516810 - NO_ACL_PERMISSION error in SM58 or IDOC_ADAPTER(315) error in SM21

When running an inbound IDoc scenario one of the following errors may occur:

• In SM58 transaction at the sender system:
  IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS      <SID>CLNT<NNN>
  NO_ACL_PERMISSION: <Username> <Business System>
   
• In SM21 transaction at the sender system:
  IDOC_ADAPTER(315)

The above exception was identified in an inbound IDoc scenario, but the similar NO_ACL_PERMISSION can occur in any other adapter.
