Symptom

Accounts display only those tickets for which the account is added at the header level

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Customer Work Center
  2. Then to Account View
  3. Open account ABC(where ABC represents the Account name)
  4. Navigate to Ticket Facet
  5. Here you can see only those tickets for which this account has been added at header level
