Symptom
Accounts display only those tickets for which the account is added at the header level
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Customer Work Center
- Then to Account View
- Open account ABC(where ABC represents the Account name)
- Navigate to Ticket Facet
- Here you can see only those tickets for which this account has been added at header level
Resolution
This is the Expected System Behaviour
