The viewer app is using Cr for VS. SP20 runtime. User reports that on Windows 7 there is no problem but on Windows 10 Creator Update the parameter dialog's vertical scrollbar handle is missing.

Attempting to fix the issue by following the suggestion in this web discussion fails to fix the issue:

Currently Windows 10 Creator is not in the supported platforms list thus this is an Enhancement request.

R&D has had a look a the issue and determined it is likely due to a change in an Embedded IE Control and may not be something we can resolve.

R&D will look into the issue and if it can be fixed on our side we shoudl have a fix in SP 20, due out end of 2017 or possibly January 2018.
