2517037 - HANA multi-tenant database refresh using Backint

Symptom

You want to refresh a tenant database in an SAP HANA multi-tenant database container (MDC) system by using a production tenant backup that was created via a 3rd-party BACKINT tool.

During the recovery wizard you:

  • Start a tenant recovery on the target system
  • Change the “Source System” SID to the SID of the productive source system
  • Expect to see the source system tenant backup offered for selection

However, when you proceed to the backup selection step, no backup is available to choose from.
