2517145 - "Not all packages are loaded" message displayed during "Import ABAP" phase of system copy

Symptom

  • During a System Copy on Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM), when importing to the target system, the following message can be found in the "Import ABAP" phase:
Not all packages are loaded.
DIAGNOSIS: For details see output file with missing packages
invalid_packages.txt and log file package_checker.log.
Normally it indivates the data load error but in some special cases (for
example, if some packages were processed externally) you can
choose OK to continue.

  • In the "invalid_packages.txt" log, almost all of the packages listed below can be seen:
