2517266 - ABAP Queue Check resulted in no valid queue. Result status 'Partial Delivery Possible' ('I').

Symptom

You use Maintenance Planner to plan an "Install or Maintain an Enhancement Package".
You selected the following support package stack:
- EHP8 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 - SPS07
or
- EHP8 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 - SPS06

The managed system is installed with the Add-on Product Version: "SAP IDEX DE 1.0 ON ERP6.0 EHP8 - IDEX ERP"
Maintenance Planner show validation error:

"Validation of software packages failed. Please check the logs.

After clicking on the "Logs" button, you see the following validation error logs:
ABAP Queue Check resulted in no valid queue. Result status 'Partial Delivery Possible' ('I').
Could not calculate a valid Support Package queue
