2517281 - Overhead can't be calculated during creation of standard cost estimate

You are using quantity-based condition type to calculate overhead during standard cost estimate (CK11N, CK40N).
There is no overhead value calculated.

Quantity-based overhead requires the setting of the 'Material origin' indicator in costing view 1 in the material master. If this flag is not set, system can't calculate overhead.

You can make necessary setting in material master and then create the cost estimate again.
