2517290 - How to manage and create multiple offline & online stores for Fiori Mobile / OData applications

Symptom

A hybrid application is being developed that combines multiple online and offline stores in one application.

When the application only accesses the offline endpoint no services work, also a store relying on the combination of both online/offline also showcases
this behavior.

All service requests for the online stores are working, however any requests made to the offline store are failing.
In addition stores that combine both services are also encountering problems.

However the online OData service can process requests without problems.
