2517332 - Analytics Integration Does Not Work Without BW System

You have set up the communication arrangement Analytics Integration. You are calling the web service in order to retrieve reporting data, however there are no results (or you may face an error message in the method FetchDataDirect when using SOAPUI).

This web service was designed to be used with a BW system: When you set up this integration with BW, the BW system creates a web service in your ByD / C4C system which is called to extract data. This is part of the ODP framework.

Since this is a web service, it can be called independently as well (without involving a BW system), however please note that this is not its intended use. The direct call of the web service without BW system is not supported.

Please make sure you use a BW system to extract Analytics data via this web service.
