Printing in A3 does not work. Even though the Paper Type of the template in Adobe LiveCycle Designer is set to A3 the documents are still outputted in A4.
Cause
SAP Business ByDesign and Cloud for Customer does not support A3 printing. Adobe LiveCycle Designer is a 3rd party application and although the option to set the paper type to A3 is available there, from Output Management side only A4 is supported.
