When attempting to access Personal Information History an application error is being thrown.
This may only be happening for 1 particular Language or multiple.
Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to the Profile of a user and attempt to access Personal Information History.
Cause
The cause of this is a rule is configured incorrectly and set onView on Personal Information portlet.
Resolution
Remove onView rules set on Personal Information 1 by 1 until you identify the problematic rule.
Correct the rule configuration before setting it back on Personal Information portlet.
