2517703 - How to Find Static IP Addresses of API URL's in SuccessFactors

Is it possible to determine the static IP addresses of an API's URL?

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Requested to provide the static IP addresses for the API URLs in DC12

• Production System url
• https://<name1>.successfactors.eu

• Preview System url
• https://<name2>.sapsf.eu

Follow the process process below:

1. Open the Command Prompt on your workstation (Windows key and search for Command Prompt or press Win + R, then type cmd)
2. For the example outlined above, type 'ping <name1>.successfactors.eu' and it will return an IP address for this URL
3. Similarily, type 'ping <name2>.sapsf.eu' and it will return a value for this URL
