2517725 - BPC 10.0 NW: The EPMScaleData function is not returning the expected results when a Time Dependent Hierarchy is used within the EPM Add-in

Symptom

When creating an EPM Add-in report off of a BPC model with a dimension that uses a Time Dependent Hierarchy (TDH) and adding the =EPMScaleData(,1,) function to the report, the data returned by this function is not changing according to the keydate selected.

The value remains the same value even though the dimension member transaction data is changing along with the KeyDate. Since the PL122 member should only be included in the CurrentDate TDH.

Keydate = Current KeyDate

KeyDate = 06/01/2017
