Symptom
- 2 Relay Servers(RS) each running on its own Linux server.
- When one of the Linux machines is shutdown(shutting down the Relay Server) the Relay Server Outbound Enabler (RSOE)
is not failing over to the remaining working RS. - The fail over does work properly if the RS/Apache service is manually shutdown. Only when the OS is shut down while the RS is up and running does the problem occur.
- RSOE Log shows:
E. 2017-08-23 09:56:29.173-0500 T{000006c8} J{10.152.152.200#SQP.msg#SQP-msg-dz1-nt-snqsmp3#.#up} M{OEE1030: The Outbound Enabler was unable to connect to the Relay Server using 'host=XX.XX.1XX.XXX;port=443;https=1;url_suffix=/srv/iarelayserver/;skip_certificate_name_check=ON;_write_buffer_size=6144;_default_port=2439;' because of [MLC63: Unable to connect a socket.
