2517814 - Cannot return any search results in Change Cycle/Phase F4 help search in change document - Solution Manager

• Search of Change Cycle/Phase from change doc returns 0 results
• Standard change document can return Change Cycle/Phase results
• Customization in TSOCM_PROXY_IMPL has been performed (SAP Note 2375508)
• User has no authorization issues in a STAUTHTRACE in problem document (KBA 1832308)
• Create change document using custom transaction type but cannot see any cycle documents in search results to assign
• Copied standard change document transaction type to Z customer namespace (e.g. SMTM to ZZTM, SMHF to ZMHF, etc) and did no customization
