2517885 - "Copy Address from Employee" button is Not Visible in Dependents and Primary Emergency Contact Portlets

• The “Copy address from employee” button is not visible in the Emergency Contacts and Dependents portlets.
• The field is only visible in the add new hire wizard.

1. Verify that the following fields are enabled in the Succession Data Model:
   • "is-address-same-as-person" for Dependents (personRelationshipInfo).
   • "isAddSameAsEmployee" for Primary Emergency Contacts (emergencyContactPrimary).
2. Ensure that Role-Based Permissions are granted:
   • Under Employee Data -> HR Information ->Primary Emergency Contact.
   • Under Employee Central Effective Dated Fields -> Dependents -> “Copy address from employee”.
3. Navigate to the profile of a user, under Personal Information -> Primary Emergency Contact or Dependents portlet
4. Observe that the “Copy address from employee” field is not visible.

1. To ensure that the “Copy address from employee” field is visible, confirm the following:
   • The "Home" address type exists in the addressType picklist.
   • The employee has a "Home" address maintained in the Home Address portlet.
2. Additionally, please note that for future-dated hires, copying the address from the employee for Dependents is not supported, as the employee’s address information is not yet active (based on the asOfDate) and therefore cannot be retrieved, which is the expected system behavior.
