Symptom

During Support package update of SAP_BASIS release 700, XPRA_EXECUTION or AUTO_MOD_SPAU phase ends with dump "INVALID_DEFAULT_FILE_NAME".

 What happened?
     Error in the ABAP Application Program

     The current ABAP program "CL_GUI_ALV_GRID_BASE==========CP" had to be
      terminated because it has
     come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

     The following syntax error occurred in program
      "CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES======CP " in include
      "CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES======CM00F " in
     line 288:
     "Exception "INVALID_DEFAULT_FILE_NAME" does not exist"
