2518414 - Spot Awards – Why not all Guidelines is working

You Reward and Recognize Someone and there are award categories that are not working, amount is always defaulting to your wildcard value.

SuccessFactors Spot Awards / Rewards and Recognition

1. Using the below Categories/Level and Guideline.

2. Category/Level 1 and 2 is working while 3 and 4 is not.

3. Reward and Recognize Someone for award category id 2083 or 2084. It will default to 75 or 250.

4. Reward and Recognize Someone for award category id 2085 or 2086. It will default to 0.

The Category Name in ‘Categories/Level’ is not the same or equal to what is in the ‘Guideline’ file.

Category Name in ‘Categories/Level’ should ALWAYS be same or equal to what is in the ‘Guideline’ file.

Change to match and all Guidelines should work as expected.
