2518427 - Unable to add new entry with T_code OB96 due to error SV003

Symptom

Adding a new entry in transaction OB96 or IMG activity Define Form Names for Correspondence Print fails with error SV003. A warning is displayed before the error. The entry cannot be saved when the Program value entered (for example RFKORK00) is not within the allowed patterns for the view.
