2518523 - How to hide forgot user ID and password from Login page

How to hide the fields "Forgot User ID?" and "Forgot your password?" from login page of External sites and internal sites.

Follow the below steps to hide the fields "Forgot User ID?" and "Forgot your password?" from login page.

1) Navigate to System Admin>Configuration>Global Variable

2) Under Password Settings Section uncheck the option "Allow users to request their ID and password".

3) The login screen will look as below once the above setting is disabled by unchecking.

Note: Once the settings "Allow users to request their ID and password" is unchecked, this will impact both internal sites and external site.
