2518543 - How to restart a terminated client import

You use SCC8 and SCC7 to do client transport, and due to some reasons, client import process is terminated.

After fixed the errors or inconsistencies, you want to restart the client import from the cancelled point.

In another word, you don’t want to do the client import from the very beginning again.
