The texts for each tile is actually the same in all 3 cases - the wrapping behavior is different.

• FF: will wrap text on a forward slash "/"
• Chrome/IE: only wraps on spaces
• IE: Does not show the ellipsis "..."

This is expected behavior - if a more predictable line wrapping is needed, then the ToDo category name from Manage Homepage admin screen should be altered in order to have spaces in the translation into Portuguese language so that it might be better for wrapping.
