2518770 - Cannot map field on the Setup Onboarding 1.0 Integration Tool

Customer has set fields to map on the Setup Onboarding 1.0 Integration Tool, but the field is not available for selection

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Wrong field data type was chosen in Data Dictionary

1. Go to the Data Dictionary
2. Find the field you cannot map
3. Change data type to String and save
   
4. Go back to Setup Onboarding 1.0 Integration Tool - The issue is resolved
   
   

Note: RCM field with field type "richtext" may be considered as string in ODATA API dictionary but this is not supported in Onboarding 1.0
