2518844 - Delete option is unavailable for a user in CMC with Administrator account.

Symptom

  • Unable to delete a user profile in Central Management Console (CMC) using Administrator account.
  • Delete option is not available for the user to be deleted.
  • Recieve error "com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.infostore.internal.InfoStoreException: Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Delete objects' (ID: 22) for 'username' (ID: xxxx). Please contact your administrator if you require this right. cause:com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.idl.OCA.oca_abuse:
