2518886 - How to Restrict Access to a User - Universal Worklist

Symptom

The Standard User role contains default non-administrative runtime content for portal users. It includes basic functionality (portal personalization iViews) for the core portal platform and default content for the Universal Work (UWL), knowledge management, and collaboration capabilities of SAP NetWeaver. 

By default, the Everyone group in the portal is assigned to this role.

  • All ESS users of portal can access a particular space in the portal which you want to restrict.
  • Users can access all the transactions of backend ECC R3 system in the Universal Worklist.
  • Users can acess a Custom Tab or link in the portal.
