2518940 - Login verification failed from host Can't load AMD 64-bit .dll - SRS

Symptom

  • A new SAP Replication Agent for MSSQL (RAM) instance is installed on Windows 2012.
     
  • Cannot connect to SAP Replication Server (SRS) that is on a remote Linux machine.
     
  • RAM log shows the following error:

    • ERROR com.sybase.ra.beanmgr.MaintPort Login verification for ra_commander_db_dev_sa failed from host <SRShost>

    • java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\sybase\RAX-15_5\winservice\native\bin\amd64\ServiceAPI.dll: Can't load AMD 64-bit .dll on a IA 32-bit platform at java.lang.ClassLoader$NativeLibrary.load(Native Method)
