2518983 - Enable candidate privacy selection during manual candidate creation and agency candidate submission - Recruiting Management

When a Recruiting user or Agency user manually creates a candidate profile, there is no option to select the candidate's privacy setting.

Is it possible to enable the Candidate Privacy option so Recruiting and Agency users can choose the candidate's privacy preference during manual candidate creation?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Recruiting user:

1. Go to Recruiting > Candidates
2. Click on Add Candidate > Add a Single Candidate
3. Setting candidate privacy is not available

Agency user:

1. Go to Job Listings tab
2. Click on three dots icon
3. Choose Submit New Candidate
4. Setting candidate privacy is not available

To allow Recruiting users and Agency users to select a candidate's privacy preference when manually creating a candidate profile, enable the following settings in Provisioning:

Provisioning → Managing Recruiting → Edit Candidate Privacy Options

• For Recruiting users:

  • Allow internal users with appropriate add candidate permissions to set external candidate visibility upon manually adding a candidate

• For Agency users:

  • Allow agency users with appropriate add candidate permissions to set external candidate visibility upon manually adding a candidate

Once enabled, selecting candidate privacy is now possible:
