- BSP error occurs with reference to:
CX_SOCM_CONDITION_VIOLATED
CL_IM_CHM1_HF_CONTEXT
ROOT_NOT_UNIQUE - After upgrade from 7.1 to 7.2, case created in Solution Manager from external service desk where a follow-on Request for Change (RfC) is created from case gets error in resultant RfC:
Service Desk Attachment ID <GUID> is inconsistent. Service Desk GUID <GUID> is nomeaningful here
Service Desk Attachment ID <GUID> is inconsistent. Service Desk System ID LOTUSNOTES is nomeaningful here
Context Root 0000 is inconsistent. Service Desk Text ID <GUID> is nomeaningful here
