2519017 - PASSWORD_CHANGE_TIME field not populated in USERS system view.

Symptom

You've changed the password of one or more of your users, however the PASSWORD_CHANGE_TIME field in the USERS system displays a '?' (NULL). 

Note: If you are using a revision of HANA later than 120.0 (SPS12) this field has been deprecated and replaced with LAST_PASSWORD_CHANGE_TIME.
