2519019 - Fiori hangs on SAP S/4HANA Finance applications - Fiori Launchpad

Symptom

  • SAP Fiori hangs on many SAP S/4HANA Finance applications, this KB is using application "Display Customer Balances" as an example, configuration is done following SAP document.
  • When you click the tile for this app, it keeps spinning and nothing opens, the screen gets hang.
  • In Chrome Console log, you will find errors like below:

Error: resource undefined could not be loaded from /sap/bc/lrep/content/~20170511015847.2694230~/apps/fin.central.user.defaultparameter/app/sap/fin_acc_userpar/manifest.appdescr?sap-language=EN. Check for 'file not found' or parse errors. Reason: Forbidden ...
