2519031 - SAP Icons missing on Chrome and FireFox

Symptom

Icons are not loaded on the application when using Chrome and Firefox browsers. The same works fine on Internet Explorer 11. The issue only happens when using a custom theme.

The SAP Note 2407320 has already been implemented on the system where the custom themes are located.
