Symptom
CANNOT_CREATE_COFILE error during disassembling of packages in SPAM/SAINT and/or SUM
Example 1:
- Disassembling log shows return code = 0
- In /usr/sap/trans/log/SLOG**** something as follows can be seen:
ERROR: '/usr/sap/trans/sapnames/GIB' : cant open : Permission denied
Example 2:
Below error occur during disassembling the EPS parcel of OCS Package SAPK-10008INIWPGW in SAINT:
