Symptom

During an ATP check (e.g. VA01/VA02 transaction) the system returns these error messages:

  • "COM routine: Internal error (connection to LiveCache is OK)" - message no. /SAPAPO/ATP 113.
  • "Internal error: item {item number}" - message no. /SAPAPO/ATP 467.
