• Candidate Onboarding documents are associated with the wrong ID number
• Customer wants to transfer the document from one account ID to the other

When an activity is completed in ONB we send documents to Document Center as indices fields, indices fields cannot be modified, even when you update the activity in ONB. This will not affect document in Document Center.

When you have two records in ONB for same candidate but you have different candidates IDs, re-indices cannot be done, but you can do the following:

1. Download all forms for candidates;
2. Delete document in DOC Center;
3. Upload document again and at this time select the candidate you want the form to be related to. This is a manually done activity
