2519398 - Is it possible to assign more than one approval role per approval step within an approval process? If so, which approval role will be displayed to the users?

Administrators may need to set up more than one approval role for an approval step.

• Navigate to Learning Administration > References> System Admin> Approval process
• Create a new approval process
• Add several approval roles for one or more of the steps created
  
  

This configuration is possible in SuccessFactors LMS.

Now, the user requesting an approval will see all the users who are assigned the respective approval roles (refer to the screenshot above) as part of the approval process step in the user approval request screen, as shown in the screenshot below.

Customers and partners who would like to see this behavior changed in future versions of the system are encouraged to submit an enhancement request as per KBA 2090228.
