2519407 - PDF Forms Displaying Red Text in header - SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The Issue is an expired Apose license that has been updated.

• To remedy this issue on any affected documents, simply save the document (without making any changes).
• This will force an update on the document and remove the red text.

• First, check if the panel is affected using the preview option. If so, you may save the document by using the "save" button on the bottom of the panel. Please see the attached screen capture.

• Is there is a way of verifying the affected forms?

Answer:

• Only forms created using the form builder have a possibility of being affected. These can be distinguished from imported .pdf files because they will not have the pdf icon next to their name. You can always preview a form in Settings>Forms to see if it will display the red text. There is not currently a way to otherwise identify or correct each form that may be affected.
